Some integrated laboratory peritoneal fluid indicators in inflammatory pelvic disease diagnostics

Abstract

Laboratory criteria of differential diagnostics of pelvic inflammatory disease are established. We provide the retrospective analysis of the medical documentation in patients treated in gynecologic departments. The analysis of integrated laboratory criteria is carried out in 35 cases of females at the age from 18 till 45 years with diagnosis of chronic and acute pelvic disease, ovarium cysts, ovarian cyst rupture. The analysis includes: morphological research of cul-de-sac fluid, index of Kalf-Kalif, the general analysis of blood, BSR, bacteriological examination of colpobiotop, day of menstrual cycle at the moment of examination. It is established, that the most informative in differential diagnostics of inflammatory and not inflammatory process is the result of cul-de-sac examination and its morphological research.
